We have a Strict supply source monitoring system for controlling the source, to supply components which meet QZ standard and customer's standard, SQM is the first process of QZ quality system.

For regular supply source, we analysis the supply status each month, including packing, quality stability and lead time stability, evaluate the result for controlling the risk, warning will be executed if the evaluation fail, if fail for 2 times, cooperation will be cut immediately. For new supply source, we investigate the qualification and evaluate the risk, vendor code will be generated only if approved by our SQM.

SQM is the first process of our quality control system, to control risk in the very beginning is the most important and most efficiency for reduce risk and reduce the risk controlling cost.
